Customers should contact us as soon as possible if access, building approval, COI, elevator, parking/loading, tenant availability, or dryer access changes. Route days depend on timing and geography, so early notice helps preserve bundle pricing.
After a request is created, customers can use the secure request lookup page to ask for a reschedule or cancellation before the appointment is finalized. A change is not final until Professional Dryer Vent confirms it.
If the technician cannot safely access the dryer, vent path, exterior exit, building, unit, elevator, parking/loading area, or required contact person, the job may need to be rescheduled or reviewed differently. The reserve-time service deposit is applied to the final service price for completed standard jobs. If a visit fails because access, building approval, or the required contact person is not available after confirmation, the deposit/refund outcome may depend on the final published policy and the facts of the appointment.
Roof exits, shared shafts, bird nests, severe blockages, damaged vents, repair needs, rerouting, installation, high-rise access, or specialty work may be paused until the proper quote, partner, or qualified contractor path is confirmed.
