Terms for requesting dryer vent service.
These terms explain that a booking request is not a final appointment until confirmed, and that the service has clear scope boundaries.
Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact, address, access, dryer, vent, and building information.
- Clear safe access around the dryer where practical.
- Tell us about COI requirements, doorman/super coordination, elevators, parking/loading, roof exits, shared shafts, pets, tenant access, or prior damage.
- Do not expect gas, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC mechanical work, mold remediation, wall cutting, rerouting, or full installation unless separately arranged with a qualified provider.
Pricing and tax
Published pricing is starting guidance plus applicable tax. Long vents, roof exits, severe blockages, bird nests, damaged vents, high-rise access, specialty access, repair needs, tenant coordination, or property manager work may require custom pricing.
No unsupported claims
The service is framed around lint buildup, airflow, drying performance, moisture/heat concerns, maintenance, and safety awareness. We do not guarantee cleaner air, medical outcomes, or that every dryer problem is caused by the vent.
Reviews and referrals
We may ask for honest feedback after service. Reviews are never required, and credits are not tied to review content. Referral credits, if offered, start as pending referrals and are earned only after the referred customer completes and pays for service.
