We confirm the requested date/window, building rules, COI needs, parking/loading, expected deposit, and balance handling.

Reserve service time

The visit becomes appointment-ready after the service deposit is placed or we waive that step after review.

Standard visits include accessible cleaning, lint removal, airflow notes, photo documentation where available, and reminder timing.
