Pricing guide
Clear starting prices, a fair service deposit, and upfront review for unusual access.
Professional Dryer Vent shows starting prices so customers know what to expect before requesting service. Final pricing still depends on access, service area, number of homes or units, and whether the request is standard or needs extra review before confirmation.
Starting prices
Single-home and nearby-home bundle pricing.
These prices are planning estimates for standard accessible dryer vent safety checks and cleaning. Prices are shown plus applicable tax. When we review before confirming price may change final pricing.
| Service type | Outside NYC / nearby metro | Five boroughs / NYC | Best fit |
|---|---|---|---|
| One standard home or unit | $149–$169 + tax | $189–$229 + tax | Most standard accessible dryer vent cleanings |
| Two nearby homes or units | $279–$299 + tax | $349–$399 + tax | Neighbors, family, same block, small building |
| Three nearby homes or units | $399–$429 + tax | $489–$549 + tax | Small coordinated service window |
| Four nearby homes or units | $499–$549 + tax | $619–$699 + tax | Condo/co-op neighbors or landlord units |
| Five nearby homes or units | $599–$649 + tax | $749–$849 + tax | Nearby-home bundle or small multifamily |
Bundle pricing applies when nearby homes or units can be scheduled in the same service window or efficient nearby schedule. Long vents, roof exits, severe blockages, bird nests, damaged vents, high-rise access, repairs, replacement, rerouting, or specialty access may require a custom quote.
Why NYC may cost more
NYC jobs need more access confirmation.
Five-borough appointments often involve parking, doorman or super coordination, elevators, walk-ups, COI requirements, older buildings, stacked dryers, closet access, long vent runs, roof or wall exits, and other routing friction. The price range reflects that extra time and uncertainty.
- We confirm access and building rules before the appointment is finalized.
- COI requests are handled before the appointment is finalized.
- Stacked, closet, roof-exit, or shared-shaft setups may need extra review before confirmation.
- Commercial laundry or restaurant exhaust is outside the standard service.
When we review before confirming price
Some requests need an access or scope review before a final price is confirmed.
The goal is not to surprise customers later. These conditions are flagged early so we can request photos, review access, or refer out work that is outside our service scope.
